These Terms and conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Colorado, without respect to its conflict of the laws' principles. If any provision of thee Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not effect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
